Jay-Z has agreed to help Ashley Cole start a UK record label, according to reports.
Cheryl Cole’s ex is said to be keen to work in the music business once his footballer career is over, and the Roc Nation mogul has offered to help. The Sun reports that the pair met in 2009 and in recent months the Chelsea player's agent has been in regular contact with Jay’s team as they discuss possible deals.
